New Brewing Books

By | January 31, 2011

Just received some new brewing texts from the Book Depository.

Yeast – Jamil Zainasheff
Radical Brewing – Randy Mosher
Pale Ale – Terry Foster

Which goes with my existing library of many more, the pick of the bunch being:

How To Brew – John Palmer
Brewing Classic Styles – John Palmer & Jamil Zainasheff
Designing Great Beers – Ray Daniels

For those looking to get into brewing or more advanced brewing John Palmers How to Brew is a must have read. His and Jamil’s Brewing Classic Styles is a recipe book with some really nice and also award winning brews that they have brewed themselves.

For those really wanting to go that extra mile I would recommend Ray Daniels Designing Great Beers, this book which is used by countless breweries themselves is stacked full of both statistics, scientific data and plain old great advice on how to Design Great Beers.

These three books themselves have improved my brewing tenfold, and I’m sure the new additions will be equally as good.
