Newest Brew kegged – Convict Ale

Convict Ale The newest ale has been added onto the Keg Fridge (or rather Keezer) today, an Australian Ale named ‘Convict Ale’.
It’s named ‘Convict Ale’, as it is almost all Australian ingredients except the yeast which is a UK one. Recipe is below.
