POR makes a break for it!

With the warmer weather my POR hops decided to check it out and have broken the surface. There are three bines starting to show, only about 2. There are no signs yet from the other two (Chinook and Tettnang) but it shouldn’t be long.

Mitchell factory explodes throughout the night

Radio Production

As part of my work-sponsored studies at CIT I am creating a 30minute radio show.

At this point I have decided on the theme of homemade foods, although the name is still to be decided.
Over the 30 minutes I am planning to have two interviews, one with the owner of Cosmorex Coffee Roasters and the other the head brewer of the Wig and Pen brew pub.
