After reading many a good word on the Aussiehomebrewer forum I decided it was high time I followed through and brewed up Ross’s (from Craftbrewer) Nelson Sauvin Summer Ale as this years first brew.
It has had many comments over the years and being a big fan of the hop with just the right amount left in stock it was fate.
Although I modified the recipe slightly it remains close to the original and should be a nice drop.
It is finishing up on the fermentation cycle as I write this and in a few days time should be kegged and tapped ready to drink.
